3-Hour Healing Event | Meditation + Reiki Healing Event

Come and join us for a 3-hour Healing event at our Luxury Prestige Wellness Retreat on February 22nd from 5pm-8pm. This event will be an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your inner self in a peaceful and serene environment.

The event will start with a guided meditation session, led by a certified meditation instructor, that will help you to release stress, tension and negative energy. You will be guided to reach a state of deep relaxation and inner peace, that will prepare you for the Reiki Therapy session that will follow.

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of energy healing that can help to balance the body, mind and spirit. During this session, you will be fully clothed and comfortably lying down, while a Reiki practitioner channel healing energy to you. This energy will help to remove any blockages, promote relaxation and balance the body's energy centers.

In between the sessions, you will be able to enjoy delicious and healthy vegan bites, that will be provided complimentary by our retreat. These bites will help to nourish your body and support the healing process.
